The cost of the project depends on the following factors:

• Overall kitchen dimensions.
• The number of complex mechanisms. For example, pull-out or lift-up drawers will cost more than an open section.
• The material of the fronts and countertops.
• The amount of hardware.
• Configuration: how many cabinets, shelves, pull-out, or built-in elements there are.
• The type of coating, such as varnish, paint, laminate, or veneer.
• Other coating characteristics, such as moisture or wear resistance.
• The number of household appliances.

We calculate all these aspects in two stages: during a free consultation, you specify your material and appliance preferences, as well as the approximate kitchen dimensions; then, the designer creates a preliminary design project, and we estimate the initial project cost.
If you are satisfied with the price, we meet for a consultation and proceed with detailed room measurements. After that, we prepare the final design project and the exact cost, which are specified in the contract.

The contract specifies an estimated production time of two and a half months. However, 90% of our clients receive a readiness notice earlier — within five weeks after signing the contract. The timeline may be extended if materials or equipment are not available in stock in Ukraine and need to be ordered from Italy or Austria. We always inform you about such details in advance.

A linear meter is used by most companies to calculate the length of a kitchen countertop. For example, a kitchen that is 3 meters wide and 60 cm deep equals 3 linear meters.

In this case, the depth is not taken into account.

Because a linear meter does not account for depth. That means three linear meters can have a countertop depth of either 40 cm or 100 cm — and this directly affects the final project cost.

We, on the other hand, use precise measurements and a detailed design project for our calculations. This way, our clients receive a fixed price in the contract. The final project cost does not change significantly — and that’s one of our key advantages.

The “gold standard” in our clients’ projects includes a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, oven, sink, faucet, range hood, and waste disposer.

If needed, we can also add non-standard items such as a plate warmer or other appliances.

The standard advance payment upon signing the contract is 60% of the project cost, followed by 30% upon furniture delivery to the site, and the remaining 10% after installation. At the same time, we are always open to discussing individual payment terms with you.
